Update — fixes in place. At 15:41 SAST we upgraded our database to a larger size; this needed a planned restart, so services were briefly unavailable until 15:49. We have also changed how quote pages refresh so a large quote being processed can no longer overload the database. Separately, Email intake showed as down from 10:11 to 10:42 SAST because of a monitoring false alarm: emails were received and processed normally throughout, and the cause has been fixed. No data was lost at any point.
